Registration constitutes our users and members agreement to receive these emails. Interwebshop Internet Services does not sell these email addresses or use them to send any other communication. By registering with Interwebshop Internet Services you are officially opting in to receive emails and newsletters from Interwebshop Internet Services. Interwebshop Internet Services does not permit 3rd parties to contact our members except in connection with third party advertisers and merchants for the confirmation of sales on shipping of orders. Members using the Interwebshop Internet Services Products (t-shirts, etc.) make purchases and receive emails directly from the merchants from which they purchase.
Refund Policy
Refund in First 30 Days
If you are not completely satisfied with our Web hosting services, and you notify Interwebsho Internet Services in writing via your Control Panel within the first 30 days of your contract that you wish to cancel, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount, excluding setup fees and overages. If a refund is due, you will be notified by e-mail; it can take up to 30 days after cancellation of your contract to receive your refund. If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please send an e-mail to customerservice @ interwebshop . com.
Setup fees are refundable ONLY for the following reasons:
- You canceled the account order prior to activation
- Your desired domain name was not available.
This policy does not apply to any additional services such as, but not limited to, overages, disk space, e-mail accounts, domain name registration, and Web design services.
Refund Policy for Renewals
Charges for the renewal of Web hosting contracts will be refunded if written notification (either via e-mail message or fax transmission) is received no later than the tenth day following the renewal date. This ten day grace period applies to all Interwebshop Internet Services Web hosting plans. Note that refunds will not be granted if your written notification is received after the grace period.
Your e-mail notification to us must be sent from the contact e-mail address that we have on file for your account. Likewise, if you fax your notification to us, your fax must be on letterhead.

Interwebshop Internet Services may contain links to other websites. We are of course not responsible for the privacy practices of other web sites. We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site, to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information.
Security
The Interwebshop Internet Services account of every Member is password-protected. Interwebshop Internet Services takes appropriate precautions to protect our Members' information. Your account information is located on a secured server behind a firewall. Unfortunately, perfect security does not exist on the Internet, and therefore, Interwebshop Internet Services makes no representations or warranties with regard to the sufficiency of these security measures. Interwebshop Internet Services shall not be responsible for any damages that result from a lapse in compliance with this Privacy Policy because of a security breach, technical malfunction or similar problem. Always be careful and responsible regarding your personal information.
Because email and instant messaging are not recognized as secure communications, we request that you not send private information to us or other Members by email or instant messaging services.
